Sphere has entered into a unique partnership with Cloud9 Technologies, a leader in cloud-based communications, to convert voice communications from broker shout-downs into real-time electronic pricing. The unification between Cloud9’s existing Recording System API pushes metadata and post-call voice recording into Sphere’s platform, giving traders a complete view of the market.
Sphere extracts trading data from Cloud9 with AI (patent pending) that is tailored for language workflows of voice markets and merges this with electronic trading.
